Uniform Information

Top: Girls

Students may wear

  • white collared buttoned shirts
  • white or hunter/forest green
  • collared polos, or Tanner-Williams spirit shirts.
  • Solid/plain white turtleneck shirts may be worn under uniform shirts during cold weather.

Bottom: Girls

Girls may wear

  • Tanner-Williams navy blue & dark green plaid or tan walking shorts or skorts (to top of knee),
  • navy blue & dark green plaid or tan jumper or skirt (to top of knee),
  • long tan/khaki pants.
  • Students are NOT allowed to wear jeans/denim, cargoes, baggy pants, bellbottoms, hip huggers, or corduroys.
  • Navy or hunter/forest green gym shorts are to be worn under jumpers or skirts at all times.

Top: Boys

Students may wear

  • white collared buttoned shirts,
  • white or hunter/forest green collared polos, or
  • Tanner-Williams spirit shirts.
  • Solid/plain white turtleneck shirts may be worn under uniform shirts during cold weather.

Bottom: Boys

Boys may wear

  • tan walking shorts (to top of knee) or
  • long tan/khaki pants.
  • Students are NOT allowed to wear jeans/denim, cargoes, baggy pants, bellbottoms, hip huggers, or corduroys.

Belt

Students may wear a brown, black, or navy belt for clothing with belt loops. No fancy belt buckles are allowed.

Socks: Girls

Girls may wear

  • solid white crew socks or navy or white tights during cold weather.
  • Students are NOT allowed to wear anklet socks.

Socks: Boys

Boys may wear

  • solid white crew socks.
  • Students are NOT allowed to wear anklet socks.

Shoes

  • Neutral colored tennis shoes with limited accent colors.
  • Preferred colors are white and/or grey.
  • Solid black shoes are discouraged.
  • No lights on shoes, high-tops, or wheels.

Outerwear: Male/Female

  • Students may wear navy sweaters, windbreakers, or sweatshirts for indoor wear.
  • Students are NOT allowed to wear items with logos, unless it is the Tanner-Williams logo.
